Deja Vu!

If you think you have seen this picture before...look close! Now there are two missing teeth and I am sure that Greg had a hand in helping them out. He swears that he only bumped her top teeth while jumping with her on the trampoline, but I'm pretty sure it was the bottom teeth because they have now both fallen out! Lainey brushed the second tooth right out last night (after not letting me brush because I might brush to hard). And I knew she was definately my daughter when she sadly said, "Now the kids won't like me cause I look funny with a bigger hole in my mouth!" I love you Lainey and think you are super brave to loose your teeth!

First Tooth Loss!

After wiggling around in Lainey's mouth for two weeks the first tooth was finally coughed out this morning! She really did just cough and in her hand was the little tooth. Tasting blood she then went into panic mode, which didn't last long. Then the proud moment...actually seeing the thing unattached! She has showed it to any and everyone she could today. I'm proud of my little girl on the day of her first tooth loss!

Dream Cruise

In less than 2 months Greg and I will be taking "the dream cruise" to the Mediterranean! I still can't believe I really get my dream vacation just for turning 30! We will be gone for almost 3 weeks, 2 weeks being on the boat! Just look at the 10 stops we are making! 6 different countries! I just have to post a few "tease" pictures so you can all be jealous.

Cutest Girl Hairdos

I have found the best blog of girl hairdos...shedoeshair.blogspot.com
She not only shows the ideas but gives step by step instructions with pictures! This is the one I tried on Lainey today, it was my favorite "short hair" style and probably the fastest and easiest one also. You mothers with little girls MUST check this blog out! I've got a link on the side in the Places I Love.

Another Hobby!

Yesterday, cute Rachel Hawkins from my ward came over to my house to show a few of us girls how to make cute baby headbands and little girl clips. I played with ribbon and tights all night and most of today, here are my favorites...and I'm not done yet. Thanks Rachel!

Kick it Courtnie!

OK, so this is my awesome little sister that rocks not only the soccer field, but the basketball court and softball field as well! Courtnie is just a sophmore at Cedar High but has already surpassed my athletism. She's got her own blog, but to busy practicing ball to post her own pictures and I know there's family that would like to see what she's up to. Yesterday was their first region game and I actually left when it was tied 2-2 so I don't even know the outcome, but boy she can sure kick the soccer ball! Way to go girl, love ya Court!

Lainey's First Day of Kindergarten

Lainey had her first day of kindergarten yesterday, she was so excited she could hardly wait until after lunch to go. Her teacher is Mrs. Wood and she asked them to make a doll that resembled themselves...so here's what we came up with. Blond hair, big blue eyes, of course red lips, a dress made of candy wrappers (Lainey's favorite), silver high heels, and her own pink purse! I probably should have let her just color the thing, but I guess I am reliving my kindergarten years with her! Lainey's favorite part of the day was the bus ride! She gets to sit and talk to a million of our neighbors and doesn't even have to wear a seatbelt! (Why school buses don't have seatbelts will always puzzle me.) I am so proud of my big girl on her first day of Kindergarten, I hope you have fun all year long. I love you Lainey!
